The Website does not collect any personally identifiable information automatically. The Website does collect or transmit personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, email address and zip code (optional) when you decide to show interest in our services or when you decide to avail our services or when you want to contact us. The Website initially collects such information as it is essential for providing services and updates, rest of the personally identifiable information is provided by you voluntarily as you use more of our services.

The Website collects only your name, email address and zip code (optional), therefore we don’t respond to any personal data disclosure requests made by you.

We do not share personal information with anyone except with our third-party service providers. Personal information is collected, transmitted, and maintained by our third-party service providers such as Google, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Stripe etc. and is not shared with any third party. The sole purpose of allowing such third-party providers to integrate into the Website is to provide efficient and reliable services and/or to monetize the services.

The Website does not share user data with partner advertising companies, however our partner advertising companies may collect, transmit, or maintain user data if you interact with them.

The Website uses Data processors such as Google Analytics, for collecting, transmitting, analyzing and maintaining user data.

Yes. We do not solicit nor gather any data from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thanks for using Emerging Humanity. We are confident in the quality of our services and digital products. We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked refund policy for digital product and a very user-friendly refund policy for services.

Digital Product Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You have fifteen (15) days from the date you purchase a Digital Product to cancel such Digital Product and request a refund.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 15 days of your purchase.
• Once we receive the cancellation request for a Digital Product, we will verify the purchase date and notify you if you are eligible for refund.
• If your cancellation is approved, your access to the product will be revoked and we will initiate a full refund of the paid amount (minus non-refundable transaction fee, if any) to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Services Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation and refund policy applies to 1-on-1 sessions (coaching, advising, mentoring, consulting), group classes, live webinars, and general consultation services. These can be provided remotely (online) or in person and they can be purchased one at a time (Single Session) or in a package (Package):

For Single Sessions

• Full refund OR reschedule at no extra cost when the cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. Session can be rescheduled free of cost only once. Further rescheduling may incur cost.
• No refund and/or no reschedule when the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

For Sessions Packages

• Full refund when the cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before the first scheduled session of the package.
• Partial refund prorated for the number of unused sessions when the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the first scheduled session of the package, OR after one or more sessions of the package have been availed. An unused session means a session that has not been utilised by you and is not scheduled within the next 48 hours from the time when you are making the cancellation request.

Individual sessions of session packages shall be subject to the same cancellation and refund policy that is applicable to Single Session.

Cancellations by Emerging Humanity

Notwithstanding anything stated in the Services Cancellation & Refund Policy, Emerging Humanity reserves the right to reschedule any service in its sole discretion. If the service is rescheduled under this provision, Emerging Humanity will use its best efforts to reschedule such services to a mutually acceptable date and time.

Notwithstanding anything stated in the Services Cancellation & Refund Policy, Emerging Humanity reserves the right to cancel and terminate the provision of any service in its sole discretion, due to unforeseen and irreparable circumstances including but not limited to illness or unavailability of key personnel, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest. If the service is cancelled and terminated under this provision, Emerging Humanity will, if possible, give advance notice to the client, and refund any payments made by the client for Single Sessions or Packages not yet provided by Emerging Humanity.
